Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using any of our Programs, Products and Services.

Any examples of sales or client results we share are not typical and are not guarantees of your results. Your results will depend on many factors—like your background, experience, commitment, and follow-through.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you choose a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full, even if you decide to stop participating. Late payments will pause your access until your account is current.

All content, materials, and teachings provided by Christy Avis Inc. are the intellectual property of Christy Avis Inc. and are protected by copyright law. They may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, repurposed, or used in any way without prior written consent. Unauthorized use is considered theft and may result in legal action.

Terms of Use

Our Programs, Products, and Services are owned and operated by Christy Avis (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). The term “you” refers to any purchaser and/or user of any of our Programs, Products and/or Services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or purchase from Christy Avis.

By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.

All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.

The content in all of our material is the property of Christy Avis and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed. You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.

If you participate in a live training or if you are in a video, Christy Avis owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content as seen fit.

Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in any container, group, chat, or sent directly to Christy Avis become the property of Christy Avis. Screenshots can/will be used anonymously to promote the container. If you post a testimonial in a container owned by Christy Avis, you consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as Christy sees fit.

The container structure is subject to change at Christy Avis’s sole discretion. Christy Avis reserves full rights to adjust, add to, or remove elements such as calls, trainings, or delivery methods at any time.

All content, materials, and teachings provided by Christy Avis Inc. are proprietary and fully protected by copyright law. You are not permitted to copy, duplicate, distribute, repurpose, or use our content in any way, under any circumstances. Any such use is strictly prohibited and considered theft. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Facebook Groups & Communities

The Course or Program may come with a private Facebook Community or other online group. These Terms apply to any such community. You also understand that online groups are public platforms and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the group as other members will also see what is posted.

We will not tolerate any kind of bullying, scam, or hate messages within our communities or DM. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community and block your profile.

Purchases and Payment Plans

If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Stripe you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.

In the event that payment is not received by the date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to your remaining payment.

Your payment will be charged on a recurring basis on the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.

In the event that you dispute a charge for a Program, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately.

If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Courses, Products, or Services.

All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Programs, Products and Services, Christy Avis has a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS WORK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAYMENTS REGARDLESS OF THE UTILIZATION OF THE CONTAINER.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services at any time.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
